Using approximately 30,000 tonnes of the finest quality English fresh vegetables, our modern, purpose-built dehydration factory in Lincolnshire produces up to 2,000 tonnes of dehydrated vegetable products every year. Monitoring of the product begins at the vegetable growing stage, including the vegetable seed used, specification of fertilisers and chemicals applied in the field, harvesting and the delivery of the vegetables to our premises. Once in our factory, the vegetables are peeled, washed, blanched and dried over a period of 8 hours, with each stage of the dehydration process closely assessed for quality.
